Human Growth Hormone is Essential to Your Overall Wellbeing

HGH is an essential hormone to your strength, energy, and quality of life. There are ways to boost our level of HGH, but if you have a growth hormone deficiency, the only clinically proven treatment is growth hormone replacement therapy.

Growth Hormone Replacement Therapy

Keeping your HGH levels high has many benefits. HGH:

  • Aids in weight loss
  • Helps you to build lean muscle
  • Improves sleep
  • Improves focus, memory, and concentration
  • Increases libido and improves sexual performance

When we are young, our HGH levels are very high, as HGH stimulates or regulates all of the processes that held a child grow into a vital and healthy adult. But, once we pass through our teen years, HGH levels start to decline. Here are five ways that men over 35 can help boost their HGH levels.

  1. Lose Weight

One of the best ways to boost your HGH levels is to lower your percentage of body fat. Studies have found that large amounts of body fat, particularly belly fat, reduces your level of HGH. It stands to reason, therefore, that shedding that fat will increase your HGH levels.

  1. Exercise

Similar to losing weight, exercise, particularly strength training and high-intensity interval training, has been found to increase your HGH levels.

A study from 2015 published in Frontiers of Behavioral Neuroscience found that regular resistance exercise, such as the use of free weights and bodybuilding machines, led to increased secretion of HGH and another hormone known as insulin-like growth factor-1 in older individuals.

  1. Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent Fasting or “IF” is not only a powerful and effective way to lose weight. Studies suggest that it also raises growth hormone levels. With intermittent fasting, you alternate days of high caloric intake with does of complete fasting.

  1. Cut down on sugar and junk foods

Reducing your sugar intake and cutting out junk and processed food is good for you in many ways. It turns out that reducing the sugar in your diet can also boost your HGH. The pancreas releases insulin in response to consuming sugar or other carbohydrates. Research suggests that there is a link between the levels of insulin in your blood and that of HGH. A consistent increase in insulin may inhibit the release of HGH, reducing the level of HGH in the body. A 2020 study also notes that insulin and GH are counter-regulatory in terms of glucose and fat metabolism. In cases of obesity, when insulin is high and HGH is low, the hormonal imbalance promotes further fat buildup, further reducing HGH.

  1. Supplementation

Certain dietary supplements have been found to have a positive influence on your HGH levels. The amino acids arginine and glutamine have been linked to an increased release of HGH. A 2020 study suggests that oral supplementation with amino acids significantly increased HGH levels in healthy adults. Therefore, arginine and glutamine supplements may help to boost HGH. There is evidence that melatonin can also help increase HGH, but it is not clear if this is due to the impact of the supplement itself or on its ability to produce more restful sleep. HGH is produced during periods of deep sleep.

What Every Man Needs Growth Hormone Replacement Therapy

Growth Hormone Replacement Therapy Miami FL

HGH is an essential hormone to your strength, energy, and quality of life. Unfortunately, however, your HGH levels drop as you get older.

While there may be some ways to naturally boost your HGH levels, if you have been diagnosed with an age-related growth hormone deficiency, the only real way to bring your HGH levels back to normal is with HGH replacement therapy.

Doctors treat age-related growth hormone loss with HGH therapy. HGH therapy is only available with a doctor’s prescription and is only given via injection. You cannot buy growth hormone online or anywhere without a doctor’s prescription.

While any doctor can write you a prescription for HGH, you should work with a clinic like the NuLife Institute that specializes in age-related hormone decline.

At NuLife Institute, we realize that not all patients with age-related growth hormone deficiency have the same set of symptoms or the same health and wellness goals. We will tailor your program of HGH therapy to your unique needs and lifestyle to maximize your benefits and optimize your results.
